Terms of sale
What you are buying, what we owe you, and what happens if either side stops being reasonable. Short, because a long version nobody reads protects nobody.
Who you are buying from
ShipNow is operated by a SASU registered in France. Contact is hello@tryshipnow.com. Everything below applies to purchases made on tryshipnow.com.
What a purchase gives you
A perpetual licence to the source code in the repositories your plan covers, and read access to those repositories as a GitHub collaborator. The licence does not expire and is not a subscription.
Updates are included for as long as the product exists. They arrive in the same repository, so pulling is all it takes. We do not promise a particular release schedule.
Price and tax
Prices are shown in euros. VAT is calculated at checkout at the rate of your country and shown before you pay. Business buyers in the EU can enter a valid VAT number and be charged without it.
Access
Repository access is granted to the GitHub account you name in your dashboard. You may change that account by asking. We may revoke access if the licence is redistributed in breach of the licence terms.
What we do not promise
The code is provided as it is. It is a starting point, not a guarantee that your product will work, sell or scale. You remain responsible for what you build and ship with it.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. That is not us being clever; it is the only figure either of us can predict.
Ending it
You can stop using the code at any time. We can end the licence only if you breach it, and we will say which term and give you a chance to fix it first.
Law
French law applies. If we cannot resolve something between us, the courts of France have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protections of their own country's law.
Questions about any of this go to hello@tryshipnow.com and reach a person, not a ticket queue.
